His services include catering for functions and weddings, prepared meals and desserts delivered to your doorstep as well as a private cheffing service.  Branen focuses on making it possible for you to enjoy delicious food freshly made from locally sourced ingredients. Giving you peace of mind while enjoying your holiday, forgetting about the stresses that come with having to prepare meals or having to go out into the cold during winter.  Instead, you can enjoy your time fishing, hunting, hiking or simply appreciating the tranquillity and time with those around you.  Dishes are dependent on available ingredients. Allowing ample time when booking will ensure a broader range and will accommodate your special requests by allowing time to source ingredients and offer a bespoke menu to customise your meals and teatime or coffee break cakes or sweet delicacies.
